Land To Build a Studio and Apartment

Small agriculture properties of 5 to 10 acres provide excellent opportunities to design and build a studio with a residential unit in the ‘Wine Country’.  In some cases small acreage properties have an existing residence and a barn or outbuilding which can be modified for use as studio space.  A property with an existing well and septic system is ideal.  This example was a fruit orchard of six acres in a private setting on a paved country lane with adjacent vineyards.
